True to their commitment to improving and streamlining their clients financial experience, Forsyths made the choice to implement Xero ten years ago – and then began using FYI at the beginning of 2020.
While having existing digital signing software in place during this time, it had been proving unreliable.
“I was still printing and manually signing my own tax return, because I struggled with using our current system to e-sign. So, I knew the experience wasn’t going to be great for our clients. We had no consistency with how things were being sent, and we knew we needed a change."
Megan had a big hand in the rollout of new software, and she had reached the conclusion that a digital signing platform that would properly support their clients was long overdue.
