FuseSign and Content Snare launch integrated digital signing workflow for accounting firms

FuseSign is now integrated with Content Snare, giving accounting firms a more connected way to collect client information, gather supporting documents and send documents for digital signature within the same workflow.

Content Snare helps firms collect client information, supporting documents and approvals without relying on long email chains or manual chasing. It is commonly used for client onboarding, document collection, tax-time requests and AML-related processes where firms need complete, accurate information from clients before work can move forward.

The new FuseSign integration adds digital signing directly into that workflow, allowing firms to send documents for signature through FuseSign from inside a Content Snare request.

"FuseSign has been one of our most requested integrations for a long time. Signing is a natural extension of what your clients are already doing in Content Snare, so I'm stoked it's now live. Your clients can answer your questions, upload documents, sign, and complete AML, all in one flow."

James Rose Co-founder & CEO, Content Snare

For accounting firms, this reduces the need to download documents, move files between systems or manage signing as a separate step after client information has been collected. Instead, teams can keep client requests, supporting documents and signed approvals connected as part of the same process.

For firms managing onboarding, engagement documents, AML workflows and client approval processes, the integration creates a more connected path from information gathering to completed signature.

"Accounting firms are looking for more connected workflows across the tools they already use. We see that in the way our clients use FuseSign, with 82% connected to at least one other app and 54% using two or more.
Content Snare is a valuable addition to that ecosystem, helping reduce the manual handling between collecting client information and getting documents signed."

Jon Melloy Head of Partnerships & Marketing, FuseSign

How to access the integration

Firms can activate the FuseSign integration from the Applications area inside Content Snare.

Once connected, teams can configure the signing email and add FuseSign as an external signing option within Content Snare requests.
