From document prep to client signature: Docscentre and FuseSign integration
Preparing accurate company documents is important, but it is not always the final step before those documents reach the client.
Sometimes everything is complete and ready to sign. Other times, the firm may want to review the package, include a client letter or invoice, or add supporting documents first.
The integration between Docscentre and FuseSign connects these stages by giving firms two ways to move eligible company documents from preparation into signing.
Connecting document preparation and digital signing
Docscentre provides the technology supporting Constitute, Castle Corporate, NTAA Corporate and PantherCorp. Through these providers, accountants and advisers can prepare company documents before moving them into FuseSign for digital signing.
Eligible post-registration company documents can be sent from the provider’s existing document preparation workflow into FuseSign. The firm can then choose how the documents progress based on whether the client package is ready to send.

Choose the right signing workflow
Not every document package reaches the signing stage in the same condition.
Some documents are complete and ready to go. Others need a final review or must be combined with additional client paperwork.
The Docscentre integration accommodates both situations through two delivery options: Sign Now and Review First.
Sign Now
When the company documents are complete and ready for the client, they can be sent to FuseSign as an active signing request.
The client receives the request according to the default settings in the firm’s FuseSign account, with the practice’s branding carried through where it has already been configured. The client can then open the request and complete the required signatures.
This provides a direct path from prepared company documents to client signing when no further review or supporting paperwork is required.
Review First
When the company documents are complete and ready for the client, they can be sent to FuseSign as an active signing request.
Sometimes the company document is ready, but the complete client package is not.
The Review First option sends the documents to FuseSign as a draft instead of immediately issuing the signing request. This gives the firm an opportunity to review the package, make any required changes and add other documents before anything reaches the client.
Additional documents could include:
- An invoice
- A client letter
- A trust deed
- Other supporting client documents
Once the package is complete, the firm can request signatures and send everything to the client through FuseSign as one convenient signing package.
Speed when you need it, control when it matters
The choice between Sign Now and Review First is what makes this integration particularly useful.
If the documents are complete, the firm can move directly into signing without rebuilding the request. If more preparation is required, the documents can remain as a draft until the full client package is ready.
Rather than applying the same process to every matter, firms can choose the option that reflects what needs to happen next.
Strengthening a long-standing industry relationship
The integration also builds on an established relationship between the FuseSign and Docscentre teams through shared involvement in the accounting technology community.
“We’ve had the opportunity to connect with the Docscentre team many times over the years through BGL RegTech and the wider accounting technology community, so it’s fantastic to strengthen that relationship through this integration.
"What stands out about the workflow is the choice it gives firms. Documents that are ready can move directly to the client for signing, while those requiring a final review or additional supporting paperwork can be received in FuseSign as a draft and completed first.
"It’s a practical way to connect document preparation with a simple signing experience while keeping the firm in control of what the client receives.”
One complete package for the client
Company documentation will not always be the only material a client needs.
A firm may also want to explain the documents, provide an invoice or include related paperwork as part of the same client interaction. Sending these items separately can create a fragmented experience and make it harder for the client to understand what requires attention.
With Review First, supporting documents can be added before the signing request is sent. The client can then receive the relevant paperwork together through FuseSign’s straightforward digital signing experience.
For the firm, this provides greater control over the final package. For the client, it provides a clearer path through the documents requiring attention.
Supporting trusted corporate compliance providers
The FuseSign integration is available through four legal document providers supported by Docscentre technology:
Users can access the integration through the workflow of their relevant provider. Each offers the same choice between sending documents immediately or reviewing the signing package first.
This means firms already using one of these providers can bring FuseSign into a familiar company document workflow.
Keeping firms in control
The integration supports the signing workflow, but the firm remains responsible for deciding which documents are appropriate for electronic execution.
This is particularly important when users add their own supporting documents through Review First. The integration does not determine whether an additional document is legally suitable for electronic signing. Firms should continue to consider the relevant requirements before sending documents electronically.
Rather than removing the firm’s judgement, the integration provides more control over how prepared company documents are packaged and delivered to the client.
A more flexible path from prep to signature
The Docscentre and FuseSign integration brings legal document preparation and digital signing into a more connected workflow.
Firms can send completed documents straight to the client when everything is ready, or pause at the draft stage to review the package and include additional client paperwork.
That choice helps firms balance speed with control while giving clients one clear and convenient way to complete their documents.
Eligible post-registration company documents are available through the integration, with pre-registration company documents, including company consents, planned as the next stage.
