From Great to the Best: FuseWorks named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces for 2026

FuseWorks has been named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ for 2026, ranking #18 in the Micro category.

The national recognition from Great Place To Work® places FuseWorks among Australia’s leading workplaces across all industries. It follows our recent recognition as the #5 Best Workplace in Technology in the Micro category.

For our team, making the national list is an incredibly proud moment. More importantly, it reflects the experience our people have helped create together.

Recognition shaped by our people

Australia’s Best Workplaces™ list is determined primarily through confidential employee feedback.

The 2026 rankings drew on 128,405 employee survey responses from workplaces around the country. Organisations were assessed on the quality and consistency of their employee experience, including trust, fairness, respect, pride and credible leadership.

Only 100 organisations across four size categories made the national list, with FuseWorks ranking #18 among Micro workplaces with 10 to 29 employees.

That makes this recognition particularly meaningful. It is shaped by what our own team members say about working here, rather than being decided solely through an external nomination or judging panel.

Melissa Voss, Co-Founder of FuseWorks, said the recognition belongs to the people who have built the company’s culture together.

"Rankings are nice, but creating a workplace our team loves being part of is what matters most."

- Melissa Voss, Co-Founder, FuseSign

The culture behind FuseSign

FuseWorks was founded by accountants to solve practical problems within the accounting profession.

That accounting-first thinking led to FuseSign, our digital signatures platform designed specifically for accounting and bookkeeping firms. Today, FuseSign is trusted by more than 2,500 firms across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Building specialised software for accounting firms requires more than technical expertise. It takes a team that understands the profession, listens carefully and cares about making everyday work simpler for customers and their clients.

Our culture plays an important role in making that possible. When people feel trusted, supported and proud of their work, they are better placed to share ideas, solve difficult problems and keep improving the experience we deliver.

A proud milestone for the whole team

Being recognised nationally is a serious achievement for a team of fewer than 30 people.

From being named one of Australia’s leading technology workplaces to earning a place among the country’s best workplaces across every industry, these achievements reflect the strength and connection of the team behind FuseWorks and FuseSign.

Thank you to every member of our team for helping make FuseWorks a place worth showing up for. This recognition belongs to all of you.
